He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lamberton and Elaine Childs Lamberton; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Chapman, Richard Lamberton, Flora Colley, Clinton Lamberton, Lucy Schwerk, Isabel Gray and Eva Foster.

He is survived by: his children, Amy Jo Lamberton of Lodi, Robert D Lamberton of Cool and Bonny J Lamberton Poage of Auburn.
