He was predeceased by: his niece Maloree Farano. He is survived by: his parents, David Chavez and Teresa Chavez; his siblings, Mark Chavez (Antionette Chavez), Kathy Chavez Farano (Steve Farano) and Debbie Chavez; and his nephew Dylon Chavez.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cherokee Memorial Park and Funeral Home Vineyard Chapel (14165 Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240).
