He is survived by: his children, Rodney McGowan of Lodi, CA and Cheryl Marshall of Alton, NH.; his grandchildren, Ryan Marshall of Alton, NH and Austin Marshall of Phoenix, AZ.; his daughter-in-law Tricia McGowan of Lodi, CA; and his stepgranddaughter Rachel Maese of Alamogordo, NM..
Bill had been battling complications from Parkinson's disease for several years.
