He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivis McIntyre and Sam McIntyre; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Leah Rae Boe; his sons, Jim and Corey (Diane); his grandchildren, Morgan and Maiya; and his brother Marvin (Maxine).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lompoc Elks Lodge (905 E Ocean Ave, Lompoc, CA 93436).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Don's name to Mayville State Athletics or Cabrillo High School Athletics to support student athletes.
