It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Anthony Ybarra of Lompoc, California, who passed away on December 7, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Antonio & Mary Lou Ybarra, brothers, Angel & Frankie Ybarra.
