It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lula M. Dean of Lompoc, California, who passed away on August 2, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Smith and Georgia Smith; and her siblings, Mary Ruth Scott, Douglas Smith and Rudy Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Dean; her daughters, Toni Beard (Bob) and Lori Lopes (Richard); her grandchildren, Garrett Lopes (Kelsey) and Lauren Pearce (KC); and her great grandchildren, Logann, McKinley, Everleigh, Kannon and Coleson.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crossroads Community Church (412 N B St, Lompoc, CA 93436).
