He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his daughter Cindy Powell (Mike); his grandchildren, Stephanie of Lompoc, CA and Morgan Powell of Lompoc, CA; his daughter Alesia Pippins (Tim); his grandchild Christy Robertson (Mario) of Lompoc, CA; his son Michael Horne (Kelly) of Sioux City; his grandchildren, Robert J. Horne of Madison, Jasmin Fitzgerald (Jacob "Jake") of Fall River, WI and Katheryn Horne (Ellie LaBoutan) of Boulder, Colorado; his great grandchildren, Caily Anderson, Talecia, Marcus Grant, Cenna and Arthur Weston; his stepchildren, Jasmine Robertson and Casey Nampel (Robin); his stepgrandchildren, Landon and Donavan Nampel of Beaver Dam; and his sisters, Lorelle Agostine of Squim and Lou Mercer (Jim) of Wetumpka, Alabama.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
