He is survived by: his parents, Nicolo Agate and Caterina Agate; his sisters, Francesca Figuereo of Lompoc and Marlena Agate of Lompoc; his nephews, Joshua, Paul, Jordan, Amayzing and Marcus; and his great-nephew Luca Nicolo.
