She is survived by: her husband William Rice; her sons, Rafael and Cortes Rice I (Francine); her grandchildren, Liliana, Ceraji, Cortes II and Jayla; her sisters, Joyce Edmonds (Sherman Jr.), Diane Hunter and Debra Shearin; her niece Jacquelyn (West); and her nephew Jeff Hunter. She is also survived by cousins, friends.
