He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Edmund Heenan and Katherine Heenan; and his grandfather Peter P. McDermott. He is survived by: his sister Eileen (Lee); his children, Erin, Noelle, Heather, Allana and Michael; his children-in-law, Derrick, Mark and Kellie; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Jackson, Cosette and Damon.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Seal Beach Yacht Club (255 N Marina Dr, Long Beach, CA 90803). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood (111 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY 11590). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
