He is survived by: his children, Angela Vaughn Mayberry (Keith) of Wilkesboro, Sharon Shepherd Dawson (Danny) of Long Beach, CA, Ashley Vaughn of Winston-Salem and Randy Shepherd of Anaheim, CA; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Mayberry Griffith (Josh), Clark Mayberry (Kandace), Charlie Mayberry, Cameron Shepherd (Gianna) and Cory Shepherd; his great grandchildren, Sophia Brewer, Jackson Trivette, Sadie Griffith, Cam Mayberry, Georgia Mayberry and Cole Shepherd; and his sister Delores Goins (Bernie) of Westfield, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
