He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen White and Janice White; his grandparents, Max and Sylvia Johns; his brother Glen White; his brother-in-law John A. Miller; and his nephew Matt White.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charles White (Debbie), Linda White and Sue Ellen Miller; and his niece Erin Peavler (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be left for the family.
