Matthew William Bunnett Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew William Bunnett (Long Beach, California), who passed away on July 15, 2025 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Tami and Bill; his brother Allen; his sister-in-law Tiffany; his grandfathers, Robert "Opa" Bunnett and Donald Buma; his aunts and uncles, Robert Ernst Bunnett, Cheryl Schrader (Jeff), Renee Mustard (Larry), James Montella (Brittany), Thomas Montella, Nicole Bakker (Norm) and Donnie Buma (Cindy); his cousins, Andrew Schrader (Amanda), Ella Marie Schrader, Sophia Bunnett, Benjamin Bunnett, Brian Mustard, Lauren Stedman, Michael Montella, Nicolette Montella and Dean Bakker; his siblings' children, Ramzie, Cyrus Buma and Symphonie Buma; his brother Montgomery Covert; his pet Teddy; his grandmothers, Florence "Oma" Bunnett and Grace Buma; his aunt Borbala Bunnett; and his uncles, James Buma and Jerry Tucker. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends, and coworkers.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany Lutheran Church (4644 Clark Ave, Long Beach, CA 90808).
