She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Panayiotis Sarantopoulos and Panayiota Sarantopoulos; her daughter Anastacia (Stelios); her grandchildren, Stamatis, Elias, Evthokia and Georgia; and her husband Fred Hennig.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 7:00 PM and on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 10:30 AM.
She was especially known for her contributions to the annual church festival, where she lovingly prepared traditional Greek pastries and her famous loukoumades for many years.
