He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael J. Cisneros and Remedios Cisneros. He is survived by: his wife Katharine Ann Cisneros of Los Alamitos, California; his sons, Vince E. Cisneros of Rockledge and Michael P. Cisneros of Jacksonville, Florida; and his granddaughter Megan Cisneros.
