Hazel Costa Obituary

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe V. and Mary P. Rodrigues; her husband George V. Costa; her siblings, Helen Rodriguez, Albert Rodrigues (late Ganovefa) and Gloria Silva (late John); her brother-in-law Louie Costa (May); her niece Mary Ann Rios (Charles); and her nephew Richard Costa.
She is survived by : her sister Mabel Silva (late Tony); her brother-in-law Frank Costa (late Katherine); her nieces and nephews, Maynard (Rosamund), Edward Rodrigues (Jan), Stan Rodrigues (Laura), Steven Silva (Alicia), Gary Silva (Becky), Frank Costa (Kim), Kathi Downey (George) and Roberta Blake (Don); her great-nephew Ethan Silva; and her great-niece Marisa Hammett (Champ). She is also survived by several grandnephews/grandnieces and great-grandnephews/grandnieces.
