She is survived by: her children, Rene (Diane), Ronald (Gail), Rachelle (Steve) and Michaela; her grandchildren, Josue (Kate), Jocelyn and Victoria (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Cortez, Valencia and Davey.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Isidore Catholic Church (440 La Gonda Wy, Danville, CA 94526). A committal service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (22555 Cristo Rey Dr, Los Altos, CA 94024).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to any of these charities that were important in Vilma's life: American Cancer Society (https://www.cancer.org), St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Military Officer Association.
