He is survived by: his children, Rachael Leigh Danna and John Michails Miller; his siblings, Carol Lisenby, Christine Peach and David Miller; and his nieces and nephews, Fiona Keen, Leanne Peach, Michael Peach, Craig Martin and Fraser Martin.
