It is with sadness that the passing of Dean Masaaki Yoshitani of Los Angeles, California is shared. Dean, born on January 10, 1969, passed away on September 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Dean will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Dean by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Dean is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Dean’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He is survived by: his wife Carly Yoshitani; his children, Shawn Yoshitani (Lindsey), Kyra Yoshitani and Cade Yoshitani; his parents, Reo Yoshitani and Reiko Yoshitani; and his sister Lena Kobayashi (Keith).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Alhambra (101 S Atlantic Blvd, Alhambra, CA 91801).
