She was predeceased by: her parents, Dena Weinberg and Dr. Julius Levick; and her siblings, Janice Ruth Anchell (Melvin) of Mission Viejo and Norman Levick (Bootsie) of Amarillo, Texas.. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Malat of Los Angeles. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
