She is survived by: her friends, Gary and Conchita Castron; her husband Richard Stapler Sr.; her children, Desiree (Gary Munsie), Darlene (Craig Redding), Richard Jr. (LaVerna) and Dianna (Willie Bivin); her grandchildren, Todd (Teresa), Michiko (Mike), Courtland, Camron, Richard III (Macy) and Kiana (Austin); her great grandchildren, Michael, Mya Meilani, Ruby and Frankie; and her brother Julius "Lucky" Cooper (Jeanne). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and life-long friends.
