He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Malitz (Rutberg); his parents, Minnie Malitz and Abe Malitz; and his daughter Beth Taylor (Greg). He is survived by: his daughters, Elena Kanner (Neil) and Wendy Himber; his grandchildren, Jennifer Love (Jason), Kim Furniss (Matt), Jesse Taylor (Taylor), Alli Himber, Matt Kanner and Kayla Kanner; and his great grandchildren, Morgan, Katie, Ryan and Avery.
