He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Bireley and Betty Bireley (Mitchell); and his father-in-law Alvaro Naranjo Hurtado. He is survived by: his wife Nancy N. Bireley; his children, Emily Bireley and Allison Bireley; his brother Roger Bireley; and his sister-in-law Aimee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and his beloved cats and dog.
Frank carried on the charitable spirit of the Bireley Foundation, donating to numerous causes including cancer research and support, women's shelters, food banks, animal rescues, and youth and family centers.
