She was predeceased by : her husband Yoshiharu Yoshikawa. She is survived by : her children, Akio (Helen), Mike, Susan, Robert Yoshikawa (Shannon), Kazuko Kernin (Scott) and Minnie Yoshinaga (Bob); her grandchildren, Andrew (Angelique), Sarah (Kevin), Julia, Anthony Yoshikawa, Edmond Hewitt (Monica), Alan Kernin, Vittorio and Gianni Salazar; and her great grandchildren, Gianna, Natalia and Lance Yoshikawa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
