She is survived by: her children, Steve (Kiku), Vance (Reiko) and Karen Taka (Gary); her grandchildren, Emi Ikkanda (Kieran), Brian Ikkanda (Joyce), Michael Ikkanda, Lisa Hyun (Michael), Allison Tawa (Jon) and John Taka; her great grandchildren, Brooke Ikkanda, Josephine Ikkanda, Kina Ikkanda, Kei Hyun, Camden Hyun and Kenzie Hyun; and her sister Suzuko Sera (Ben). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
