He is survived by: his children, George Terry Spruce of California, Dolly Lynette Spruce of California and Andre Eugene Spruce of California; his stepchildren, Norman, Gary and Denise; his children, Carl Hall Jr., Vincent Hall, Dennis "Keith" Hall, Keshia Hall and LaTonya Hall; his friend John; his wife Marva Jean Spruce; and his sister Andrea McLeod of Moreno Valley. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, relatives, and friends.
