He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann. He is survived by: his children, Daryl Salrin, Michael (Gerry), Jody Schultz (Bob) and Susan; his grandchildren, Kari, Jamie (Corey), Kellen (Masha), Kendall (Jack), Annie (Cory), Allison (Drew), Stephen (Amanda) and Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Curren of Welles, KJ, Noah, Banks, Alo, Eloise and Indie; his brother-in-law Bob; his nephews, David, Greg, Mark, Gary and David B.; his niece Jeri; and his uncle Jack (Polan). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
