He was predeceased by: his parents, Kurian Jacob and Thankamma Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his children, James (Amita) and Jamuna (Cameron); and his grandchildren, Tejas and Dev.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Anderson & Goff Mortuary (11859 S 700 E, Draper, UT 84020).
