He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas and Sean; his parents, John Hornung and Marion Hornung; his brothers, Ryan (Justine) and Eric Hornung; and the mother of his children Hannah Khan. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles & cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of Vernon Catholic Church (236 US-45, Indian Creek, IL 60061). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
