He is survived by: his wife Karen Leykam of Washington, MO; his sons, Josh Leykam (Paige) of Phoenix, AZ, Jordan Leykam (Krista) of Kansas City, MO and Jonah Leykam (Liz Burnier) of Chicago, IL; his mother Maxine Leykam of Washington, MO; his grandchildren, Addison, Lydia and Henry Leykam; his siblings, Mary "Loren" Post (Mark) of Colleyville, TX, Shanon Feltmann (Jeff) of Kirkwood, MO and Shawn Leykam of Washington, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Skornia of Washington, MO and Tom Peters (Patricia) of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
