She is survived by: her brother Jim Chalfant; her sons, Philip Hoffman and Steven Hoffman; and her stepchildren, Thomas Luntz, John Luntz, Suzzanne Knecht (Luntz) and Barbera Casey (Luntz). She is also survived by numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
