He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Rhoden and Emma Rhoden (Parker). He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Rhoden of Atlanta, GA and Cynthia Rhoden (Roderick Burt) of Waterloo; his uncle James Parker of St. Louis; his aunt Royce Parker of Waterloo; his nieces, Unique Pendleton (Devin) of Waterloo, Jasmine Murphy (David) of Atlanta, GA and Amari Burt (Keyunta) of Waterloo; and his sister Twila Anderson. He is also survived by four great-nephews and one great-niece; and a host of cousins.
Homegoing services: 1:00 PM Friday, April 17, 2026, at Locke Garden View Chapel, 3655 Logan Ave, with entombment in Garden of Memories Mausoleum, both in Waterloo, Memorials may be directed to the family.
