He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol Shrago; his child Henri Shrago; his child-in-law Calli Shrago; his parents, Ben Shrago and Ruth Shrago; his nieces and nephews, Rabbi Heath Watenmaker and Michelle Vandenburg; and his siblings-in-law, Steve and Miriam Watenmaker.

“I was privileged to know Marshall for many years when he was a manager for Holiday Hardware and I represented one of his suppliers. Marshall was a mensch. He was a hard working, honest man. He always treated me with respect. He was Frank Redlichs' most valuable manager. I wanted to just contact him to say hello, and thusly found out about his demise. Marshall, May you Rest In Peace.
