He was predeceased by: his brother Erik. He is survived by: his children, Courtney, Carson, Natalie and Joey (Erika Josette); his grandsons, Riley and Liam (Melissa); and his parents, Joann Klem and Lenny Klem. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
