She is survived by: her husband Marcelo; her children, John (Kerrie-Lynne) and Diana (Rick); her grandchildren, Breanna (Theo), Nikki (Nick), Benjamin, Cambria (Noah) and Savannah; her sister Mira; her nephews, Dennis and Steven (Kellie); and her siblings-in-law, Ivo (Maria) and Neda (Pierre).
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer a donation in honor of Olga Stame towards Grace Palliative & Hospice Care (8119 Foothill Blvd. Ste. 5, Sunland, CA 91040).
