It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick W. Seamans of Los Angeles, California, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William A. Seamans and Francine Seamans (Latapy-Bourtayre); and his siblings, Josette Lucas, Margaret Brunner and Pierre Bourtayre.
