He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Pagan and Elizabeth Pagan; his siblings, Henry Pagan, Irene Corbett and Elizabeth Pagan; and his niece Patty Neal.

He is survived by: his wife Virginia Pagan; his children, Theresa Pagan, Paul Pagan and Gina Nader (Fred); his grandchildren, Melani Parslow (David), Freddie Nader and Emily Nader; his great grandchildren, Makoa Parslow and Keanu Parslow; and his nephews, Tommy Pieper (Aukai, Sr.) and Bobby Ballinger (Lydia) of Hawaii.
