She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Jacobs; and her sisters, Rita Baricelli and Jean Leone. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Costa (Domenic Costa); her grandchildren, Lauren Valenza (Matteo Valenza) and Jacob Costa; and her great grandchildren, Marliana and Elaina Valenza.
