He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Wallace (Weisbart) and Louis Wallace. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Wallace and Jennifer Wallace Ostrow; his grandsons, Max Ostrow (Samantha Eddo Ostrow), Miles Ostrow and Nicholas Wallace; and his sister Judi Wallace.
