He is survived by: his children, Teresa Appy (Ralph), Vic Giacalone and Maryann Shaner (Mark); his grandchildren, David, Michael Appy, Melissa Lopez (Gjoe), Gina Shaner and Tricia Shaner (Jebin Jacob); and his great grandchildren, Lexi and Jake Lopez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
