He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne Beals and Grace Beals. He is survived by: his children, Andy (Jyll), Ellie (Mark) and Matt (Cherrish); his granddaughters, Deanna Azevedo (Scott) and Andrée Beals; his great grandchildren, Leo and Oz Azevedo; and his brothers, Brian and Cameron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
