He is survived by: his children, Rosalinda, Justo Avila of Hollister, David, Martha Rodriguez of Los Banos, Guadalupe Rodriguez Jr., Martin Rodriguez of Australia, Delfino Rodriguez of Hollister, Juan Carlos, Melody of Hollister, Estevan, Richalda Rodriguez of Hollister, Guillermina and Jerry Orta of Hollister. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
