“Randy and I attended elementary, middle and high school together. He was one of the nicest persons you could meet. He always greeted you with a smile. One night when my mom and I were eating dinner at Rutters, he came over to our table to say hello. He told my mom, Edna, that he always remembered the many treats she brought our class as our room mother. He said his favorite was her ice cream come cupcakes.
