It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronald Kent Uyeno (Madera, California), who passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Uyeno and Kiyoko Uyeno. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Kerri Uyeno, Roy Uyeno (Liea) and Ronald Uyeno (Butch); his stepchildren, Jeff Gutierrez (Jennifer), Jarrod Gutierrez (Merissa) and Andrea Turnage (James); his siblings, Virginia "Ginny" Uyeno-Bridy (Richard "Dick"), Roger Uyeno and Gerri Totoian; his grandchildren, Jordan, Hunter, Alex, Ben, Audrey, Aiden, Mila and Remi; and his great grandchildren, Jayla and Jordan Jr. (JJ). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many beloved cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1411 W Belmont Ave, Fresno, CA 93728).
