He is survived by: his son Marlon Holden of Irvine; his grandson Wyatt; his daughter Chanel Caplan (Matthew) of Mill Valley; his grandsons, Alex and Chad Leaf of Palos Verdes; and his siblings, Michael Leaf of British Columbia and Evelyn Leaf of British Columbia.
