It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel John Souza of Manteca, California, born in Tracy, California, who passed away on September 1, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Daniel has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Souza and Emily Souza; his wife Veronica Jean Souza; and his granddaughter Shaianna. He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy (Rory), Jason (Stefanie) and Joseph Souza (Taylor); his stepdaughters, Natalie De Wane (Todd) and Laurie Betz; and his siblings, Geno Souza and Diane Souza. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Fry Memorial Chapel (550 S Central Ave, Tracy, CA 95376).
