He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his brother Reed Banks (Dee) of Manteca, CA; and his children, Steven Banks (Christie) of Agoura, CA, Larry Banks (Ann) of Palmyra, Jeff Banks (Patty) of Nephi, Sterling Banks (MaryAnn) of Oak City and Julie Peery (Jeff) of Spanish Fork. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
