He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Patrick Steven McGinnis of Stockton California and Robert Joseph McGinnis of Stockton, California.; his sister Patricia Foltynewicz of Ottawa; his nephews, Dan Foltynewicz of Wheaton and Gary Foltynewicz of Franklin; his niece Barbara Staughan of McMinnville; and his grandchildren, Patricia, Kelly McGinnis, Robert McGinnis and Mike McGinnis of Stockton, California..
