He is survived by: his wife Lucy Azevedo; his daughters, Debbie Martin (Scott) and Linda Brito (Paulo); his grandchildren, Justin and Grace Brito; and his brother Joe Azevedo.

Due to COVID-19 all services are being kept private.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or a charity of your choice.
