Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Noel for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. He was predeceased by: his father Noel Negley Sr.; his sisters, Carolyn Grohne and Jean Pappa; and his grandson Joel Talbot. He is survived by: his wife Leoma; and his children, Karen Talbot, Andrea Mayer, Erica Despain, Denise Negley and Brian Negley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
